4. Moderation & Enforcement
We use a combination of automated detection and human review to identify and remove CSAE content, enforce our rules, and keep users safe.
| Action | What we do |
|---|---|
| Content removal | We remove CSAE/CSAM content immediately when detected or confirmed. |
| Account enforcement | We may restrict features, suspend, or permanently ban accounts involved in CSAE or grooming behavior. |
| Repeat offenders | Repeat or severe violations result in permanent bans and device/IP-level restrictions where appropriate. |
| Preservation | Where legally required, we may preserve relevant records for investigation and compliance. |
6. Age Protection
Fogo Live is not intended for children under 18 (or the minimum age required by local law). We may apply age-gating measures and take steps to remove accounts suspected to be underage.
7. Safety-by-Design Measures
- Community rules prohibiting sexual content involving minors and grooming.
- Reporting tools and moderation workflows to investigate quickly.
- Restrictions, bans, and risk controls against abusive behavior.
- Recordkeeping consistent with safety, fraud prevention, and legal obligations.
8. Response Time
We aim to review CSAE/CSAM-related reports as a priority. Some cases may be restricted immediately while investigation continues. Response times can vary based on severity, volume, and evidence provided.
