This Privacy Policy applies to the Fogo Live mobile application, websites, H5 pages, APIs, and related services (collectively, the “Services”). By downloading, accessing, or using the Services, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

- Account information: Username/nickname, profile photo/avatar, bio.
- Contact Information: Phone number or email address (depending on your chosen sign-up method).

- User Content: Content you create or share (e.g., live streams, comments, messages, images, videos, audio).
- Support Data: Customer support communications and any information you choose to provide.

- Device Information: IP address, device type/model, device manufacturer, operating system, app version.
- Device Identifiers: Device IDs used strictly for app functionality, security, analytics, and fraud prevention, and not for advertising or cross-app tracking.

- Usage Data: Features used, session duration, interactions, and crash logs.
2.3 Live Streaming & Communications Data
- Live video and audio streams
- Chat messages (public rooms and private messages)
- Comments, reactions, gifts, and room interaction data
- Moderation signals and enforcement logs (e.g., reports, warnings, bans)
2.4 Location Information
We collect approximate location (country/region/city) based on IP address for localization, fraud prevention, and legal compliance. We do not collect precise GPS location unless you explicitly grant permission in your device settings.

We use cookies, SDKs, and similar technologies. We may share unique device identifiers with third-party partners to perform analytics and improve the Services. These partners are not permitted to use data for advertising or tracking users across apps or services.

5. Content Moderation & Safety
Fogo Live maintains a zero-tolerance policy for objectionable content. Any users found to be sharing prohibited content will be banned immediately. Zero Tolerance Policy: Fogo Live maintains a zero-tolerance policy regarding objectionable content and abusive users. This includes, but is not limited to, sexual violence, hate speech, harassment, and illegal activities. We utilize both automated AI tools and human moderators to review content 24/7. Any user found to be in violation of these standards will have their content removed immediately and their account permanently banned from the platform without prior notice
6. AI, Automation & Risk Control
We use automated systems (including AI-based tools) to detect spam, fraud, and harmful content. Significant enforcement decisions may involve human review where required by law.
7. User Content & Rights
7.1 Ownership & License
You retain ownership of your User Content. By posting content, you grant Fogo Live a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, transferable license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your content in connection with the Services.
7.2 Live Stream Recording
You acknowledge that live streams may be recorded and stored for moderation, safety, and legal compliance purposes.
8. Wallet & Payments
We do not store full payment card details. Transactions are processed by third-party platforms (e.g., Google Play, Apple App Store) or authorized payment providers. We retain transaction records (Order ID, amount, time) for support and compliance.
10. International Transfers
Your information may be processed or stored in servers located outside your country of residence. We implement appropriate safeguards to protect your data during such transfers.
11. Data Storage & Retention & Breach
We retain personal information only as long as necessary to provide the Services and for legitimate business purposes (such as fraud prevention and legal compliance). Backups are retained for a limited period for disaster recovery before being overwritten.
Account data: Retained while account is active + 90 days after deletion - Transaction records: 7 years (for tax/legal compliance) - Moderation logs: 1 year - Backup data: 30 days before permanent deletion.
Data Breach Notification: In the event of a data breach affecting your personal information, we will notify affected users within 72 hours and take immediate remedial action.
12. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical security measures to protect your information. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.We use industry-standard encryption to ensure all user data is encrypted in transit.
13. Your Rights & Choices
13.1 Account Deletion
You have the right to delete your account and associated data at any time.
- In-App: Go to Settings > Account and Security > Delete Account to initiate deletion.

Upon request, your account will be deactivated immediately, and your data will be permanently deleted after a grace period (subject to data we must retain for legal or fraud prevention purposes).

14. Children’s Privacy
Fogo Live is not intended for children under 18 (or the minimum age required by local law). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we discover such data, we will delete it.
